Oborevwori’s Development Strides Transform Delta State – Onaimor

A public affairs commentator, Mr. Great E. Onaimor, has commended the developmental strides of Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, saying the state has witnessed significant growth across various sectors since he assumed office.

Onaimor, in a statement, noted that the administration of Governor Oborevwori has been marked by the execution of numerous projects aimed at improving infrastructure and enhancing the welfare of the people of the state.

According to him, the governor has demonstrated strong commitment to development by ensuring that projects awarded by his administration are properly executed to meet the expectations of Deltans.

He stated that since the emergence of Oborevwori as governor, Delta State has experienced notable and sustainable development in different sectors of the economy, in line with the administration’s MORE Agenda.

Onaimor pointed to several ongoing projects across the state, particularly the construction of major flyovers designed to improve transportation and boost economic activities.

Among them is the Otovwodo Flyover in Ughelli, located in Ughelli North Local Government Area. He described the project as a major infrastructure development that will ease traffic congestion and facilitate the smooth movement of commuters, goods and services within the area when completed.

He also highlighted the Agbor/Uromi Junction Flyover in Ika South Local Government Area, which was recently approved and flagged off by the state government. According to him, the project will improve connectivity between Delta and Edo states and enhance commercial activities in the region.

Onaimor further stated that the construction of the two multi-billion-naira flyover projects reflects the government’s determination to improve road infrastructure and create an enabling environment for businesses and investors in the state.

He described Governor Oborevwori as a leader committed to transparency, accountability and sustainable development, noting that the administration continues to implement policies and projects aimed at improving the living standards of Deltans.

While commending the governor’s efforts, Onaimor called on residents of the state to continue supporting the administration in its drive to build a more prosperous Delta State.
