65th Independence: Remain Steadfast To Build Stronger Nation – Oborevwori Urges Nigerians

 




Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has called on Nigerians to remain steadfast in their commitment to building a stronger and more united nation.


In his Independence message, signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, the governor commended the country’s steady economic growth and urged citizens to continue supporting President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda as well as his administration’s MORE Agenda, which he noted were tailored to improve the living standards of the people.


Oborevwori highlighted his administration’s ongoing investments in massive infrastructure upgrades across Delta State, advancement of a power revolution through renewable energy, and efforts to create an enabling environment for foreign direct investments. According to him, these initiatives are designed to make life more meaningful for residents and significantly boost the state’s economy.


The governor further appealed to all ethnic groups in Delta to embrace peace and unity, stressing that peace remains a vital prerequisite for sustainable development.


He reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to inclusive governance and assured that he would continue to work tirelessly for the progress and prosperity of all Deltans.
