Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has congratulated the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta Central Senatorial District, Chief Paulinus Akpeki, on the occasion of his birth anniversary, celebrated on January 19.
In a statement issued in Asaba by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, the Governor described Chief Akpeki, a former Delta State Commissioner for Housing, as an astute leader whose contributions have positively impacted party politics in the state.
Governor Oborevwori lauded Chief Akpeki, the Ugo of Okpe Kingdom, for his leadership qualities and invaluable role in promoting unity, cohesion and discipline within the APC, particularly in Delta Central Senatorial District.
He noted that Akpeki’s dedication to party building and grassroots mobilisation has strengthened the APC’s structure in the district and enhanced its capacity to effectively serve the people.
The Governor prayed for God’s continued guidance, good health and wisdom for the APC chieftain, wishing him many more years of impactful service to Delta State and the nation.
