The convener of the Mimikay Political Movement, Hon. Oghenekaro Akpososo, alongside members of the movement, recently paid a courtesy visit to Distinguished Senator Ede Dafinone. The visit aimed at fostering collaboration between the senator and the movement on initiatives to support their communities.
During the meeting, Senator Dafinone expressed his willingness to collaborate with the Mimikay Political Movement, signaling a new partnership focused on addressing local development issues and promoting effective representation.
Hon. Akpososo and his team introduced the objectives of the Mimikay Political Movement to the senator, highlighting its commitment to unity, progress, and good governance. The delegation also sought the senator’s intervention to meet with leaders from the Afiesere community, who are eager to engage him for assistance in ongoing community projects.
In addition, the movement commended Senator Dafinone for his recent impactful projects in Ewu, Iwhreko, and other areas within Delta State, praising his dedication to development and giving the people a strong voice.
