Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has congratulated the Leader of the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Engr. Emmanuel Emeka Nwaobi, on his 51st birthday, marked on January 17.
In a statement issued in Asaba by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, the Governor praised Nwaobi—who also chairs the Nigerian Majority Leaders’ Forum—for his outstanding representation of Aniocha North State Constituency and his impactful contributions to lawmaking in the state.
Governor Oborevwori described the House Leader as a lawmaker of high repute, commending his capacity, humility, patriotism, and leadership, which he said have continued to strengthen the legislative arm of government in Delta State.
“Delta State is blessed to have competent lawmakers in the class of Hon. Emeka Nwaobi,” the Governor said, noting that his competence and conduct bring pride to the institution.
He added that Nwaobi has consistently demonstrated the ability to effectively manage matters of state interest, development, and progress in his role as House Leader.
The Governor prayed for good health and many more years of dedicated service to the people of Aniocha North and Delta State at large, wishing him a happy birthday.
